What is included in the price?
Cleaning, electricity, water and Wi-Fi are all included in your nightly rate. There are no extra utility bills or cleaning fees.
What are your rates?
Rates are per night for the whole villa and change by season. Villa One starts from ฿4,250 per night and Villa Two from ฿9,500 per night. You can see all seasonal rates on each villa page.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, the minimum stay is 4 nights.
Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
Yes. Every booking of 7 nights or more gets 10% off automatically.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Check-out is by 11:00 am.
How many guests can stay?
Villa One sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 en-suite bedrooms. Villa Two sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are welcome on request. Please contact us before booking so we can confirm.
Where are the villas?
Both villas are in a quiet street in Chaweng, Koh Samui: 7 minutes to Chaweng beach, 5 minutes to Samui Central Shopping Centre and 10 minutes from Samui International Airport.
How do I pay?
Prices are in Thai Baht and the full amount is paid at the time of booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel 60 days or more before arrival, 25% is charged. Between 30 and 59 days before arrival, 50% is charged. Within 29 days of arrival, 100% is charged.
When does Villa Two open?
Villa Two opens in February 2027. You are welcome to send a booking request for stays from 1 February 2027.
Do you speak English?
Yes. We are a local company with staff fluent in both Thai and English.
